Job Description
The Faith Formation Coordinator Part Time position is responsible for planning and supporting various faith formation programs and events for children and teens at St. Josaphat in Chicago. The coordinator will work with catechists, parents, and other stakeholders to create engaging and meaningful experiences for participants.
Requirements
- Practicing Catholic with a heart for Evangelization, committed to Gospel values and teachings of the Catholic Church
- Degree or Certificate in Religious Studies, Theology, Pastoral Studies or other related field relevant to position or commensurate experience
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Excellent organizational and time management competencies, including managing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment and has a “Service Mindset” when working with others
- Demonstrated knowledge of Google Suite or Microsoft Office, agile with technology
- Available to work evenings and weekends, when necessary
