Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant establishes a welcoming presence for parishioners and guests, providing pleasant and professional assistance in-person, over the phone, and electronically. They manage multiple tasks, exercise discretion, and provide administrative support to the Pastor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a front office environment
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other office software
• Proficient with various forms of communication and social media platforms
• Proven ability to multitask and complete projects in a timely manner
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to pass Archdiocesan background check
• Provide proof of valid driver's license and insurance
