Job Description
St. Gregory the Great Catholic School is seeking a Director of Enrollment and Advancement to support recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and admissions, and be able to analyze data to drive enrollment decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum two years' experience as an administrator in admissions or recruitment, in a Catholic or private school preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and public speaking communication skills required
- Ability to analyze data and use data to make data-driven decisions
- Experience with FACTS administrative use (e.g., Online Enrollment) preferred
- Practicing Catholic preferred
