Job Description
St. John Paul II Catholic High School is seeking a Seasonal Coach to develop and administer the program in a particular sport. The role involves student athlete development, upholding the Catholic school's values, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating with school officials and parents. The coach will oversee all activities during practice and games. The position requires consistent attendance, physical stamina, and the ability to motivate student athletes.
Requirements
- Support and uphold the Catholic school's mission
- Model Catholic Church teachings
- Adhere to school and Archdiocese policies
- Maintain confidentiality
- Stay within school, student, and staff schedules
- Must lift/carry athletic equipment/supplies
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of adolescent physical development
- Knowledge of fundamentals of sport
