Job Description
The Archdiocese of St. Louis Catholic Education and Formation is seeking a dedicated and missionâdriven 4th Grade Teacher to join our school community.
Requirements
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with school and Archdiocesan curriculum standards.
- Create a structured, welcoming, and respectful classroom environment that promotes learning and student growth.
- Integrate Catholic values and faith formation into daily instruction and classroom culture.
- Assess student progress using a variety of tools and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Maintain accurate records, including lesson plans, grades, and student documentation.
- Supervise students during transitions, recess, lunch, and other assigned duties.
- Collaborate with faculty on curriculum planning, school initiatives, and communityâbuilding activities.
- Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and schoolwide events.
- Model Catholic values and contribute positively to the spiritual life of the school community.
