Aftercare Aide

The Aftercare Aide helps provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that reflects Christian values while supervising students at the end of the school day.

Requirements

• Supervise students during aftercare hours to ensure safety and well-being
• Assist with dismissal, snacks, homework time, and structured play activities
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Support appropriate student behavior using consistent expectations
• Communicate effectively with aftercare staff, teachers, and parents as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of aftercare spaces
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Model respectful behavior and Christian values in all interactions
• Support the mission and values of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church and School
