Aide - PreSchool

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Aide for Preschool to support the classroom teacher in creating a Christ-centered learning environment. The aide will assist in implementing lesson plans, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining a classroom atmosphere aligned with the mission and vision of the school.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in education or a related field preferred
• Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
• Familiarity with Catholic teachings and a commitment to faith-based education
• Experience working with children in an educational or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in using educational technology and tools
