Job Description
The Classroom Aide supports the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and faith-centered learning environment. This role assists with instructional activities, classroom management, and student supervision while helping to uphold the Catholic identity and values of St. Stephen Protomartyr School.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred
- Ability to follow directions, work collaboratively, and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families
- Patience, compassion, and a supportive attitude toward student growth and development
