Job Description
The Donor Engagement Manager is responsible for philanthropic planning and managing for Queen of Peace Center, a service line of Catholic Charities of St. Louis. This includes donor relationship management, annual campaigns, major giving, events, and planned giving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in direct fundraising, sales, prospect management, or a position specific to managing donors or clients.
- Success in building, cultivating, and maintaining donor or customer relationships.
- Demonstratable experience in planning and executing fundraising campaigns.
- Basic understanding of planned giving and legacy gifts.
- The ability to write and communicate effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology experience.
- Experience working across department lines effectively.
- Drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
