Job Description
Facilities Specialist to perform maintenance duties and maintain St. Patrick Center facilities, ensuring they are secure and operational.
Requirements
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule during non-business hours.
- Performs all assignments related to the Facilities Department as defined by written work orders and verbal directives.
- Assists the Lead Maintenance Technician with facilities related maintenance as required.
- Conducts routine inspections and maintenance of heating, electrical, and air conditioning equipment.
- Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required.
