Housekeeping Aide

Cardinal Ritter Senior Services is seeking a Housekeeping Aide to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role is responsible for daily cleaning and restocking of resident rooms, nursing stations, lounges, bathrooms, offices, and other assigned areas.

Requirements

• Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas according to schedule and procedures
• Dust surfaces, damp-wipe furniture, and empty wastebaskets
• Vacuum carpets to maintain cleanliness and reduce bacteria
• Clean and polish bathroom fixtures, metal surfaces, and porcelain
• Dust mop and wet mop floors in rooms and offices
• Spot clean walls, windows, and carpets as needed
• Replenish room supplies and clean beds during checkouts
• Assist with emergency spill cleanups and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment and report repair needs
• Observe and report issues with furniture, fixtures, or building conditions
• Respond appropriately during fire drills or other emergency situations
• Complete daily checklists to verify completion of assigned duties
• Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with CRSS’s mission
