The Manager of Community Outreach Programs leads a portfolio of programs that improve community health, behavioral health, and housing stability at Queen of Peace Center, a family-centered behavioral healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience within community or healthcare programs, care coordination, or behavioral health services
- Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Valid Class E driver’s license and ability to transport participants if required
