Teacher Aide

The Teacher Aide supports the classroom teacher in fostering a positive, faith-filled learning environment and promotes the academic, social, and spiritual development of students in alignment with Catholic values.

Requirements

• Assist the teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities
• Provide support to students individually and in small groups
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and daily routines
• Support students with transitions, assignments, and classroom expectations
• Monitor student behavior and communicate observations to the teacher
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student success
• Model and uphold Catholic values in all interactions
