Assistant Director of Nursing Services - Sign On Bonus - Eastern Oregon

We are interviewing immediately for an Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON) for a well-established, moderately-sized long term care/post-acute care center in Northeastern, Oregon. Compensation is excellent and included salary, relocation/sign-on bonus, & employee stock ownership options.

Requirements

• Assist the DNS with management nursing services team
• Maintain highest quality of care
• Ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff
• Coordinate and direct the short and long range planning of nursing services
• Assist with compliance in accordance with all company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local standards and regulations
• Maintain best practices in meeting care objectives
• Assist with interviewing, hiring and orienting of new nursing staff
