Staff Manufacturing Engineer

Archer is an aerospace company seeking a Staff Manufacturing Engineer to work on challenging composite structures, provide manufacturing input, and mentor manufacturing engineers and technicians. The role involves designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing with a focus on airframe assembly and composite structures
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• Hands-on experience with composites materials and fabrication skills
