Systems Engineer

Archer is an aerospace company building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. We are seeking a Systems Engineer to help define, validate, implement, and verify requirements for our first certified aircraft.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree (or higher) in engineering or related field
• Relevant experience in developing one or more complex systems across multiple lifecycle phases
• Experience developing highly integrated aerospace systems
• Experience developing requirements and supporting configuration and architecture definition
• Full understanding of systems engineering practices and the underlying intent, along with ability to scale the process to the program context
• Experience on verification of highly integrated systems
• Extensive experience using one or more requirements management tools
• Collaborative mindset
• Great organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication
• Passion for learning and problem solving
