We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join our HR team in Lyon, France, with a 6-month internship starting in July 2026. The intern will support HR processes, including performance reviews, recruitment, content creation, and onboarding logistics.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (HR, Business School, Psychology, Management or related field)
- Strong interest in Human Resources, talent development, and organizational processes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with international teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements
- High attention to detail and rigor in execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
