Requirements

• Experienced IR professional with relevant experience in Investor Relations and Fundraising with institutional investors
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze deals and track-record
• Good knowledge of the market practices, existing products, legal structures, etc.
• Data search and interpretation skills, with ability to translate voluminous data into valuable information
• Prioritization and multi-tasking skills, with ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively
