Job Description
Plant Engineering Manager II position responsible for plant facilities and equipment design, budget management, and project management. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this position is responsible for achieving desired results in a cost-efficient manner while enhancing the environment, safety, quality, and long-term profitability of the facility.
Requirements
- S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 7-10 years plant maintenance/engineering/project engineering experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation and initiative
- Ability to work well with all levels of personnel throughout the facility
- Ability to increase responsibilities after a period of time
