Job Description
The Plant CI Manager role is responsible for leading the deployment of the Ardagh Metal production system (AMPS) at the site level, driving measurable improvements in operational performance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in engineering and, or advanced mathematics from an accredited college or university
- Certified in Six Sigma Black Belt
- Project Management skills applying both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Strong understanding of Production Systems
- Process and data driven mindset, with strong ability to understand plant Ģs technologies & processes
- Experience in working within a manufacturing environment for at least 5 years
- Experience in deploying Lean/Six Sigma principles for minimum 3-5 years
- Experience in facilitating training/coaching
