Job Description
As a Performance Analyst III in Operations, you will manage and monitor the PCP, create and maintain indicators and reports, and conduct strategic analyses to identify gaps and opportunities. You will also build and execute action plans to boost area results and collaborate with involved areas to ensure effective solutions.
Requirements
- Complete graduation in Engineering, Administration, or related data fields
- Previous experience in management, performance areas
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker, SQL, and Metabase)
- Experience in building reports and presentations for reporting results
- Ability to communicate, engage, and manage different stakeholders, technical or non-technical
- Planning and prioritization of deliveries
- Good listening, empathy, and ability to work in collaborative and dynamic environments
