Requirements

• Compose a team of growth structure, ensuring high-performance deliveries in an ambiguous and high-uncertainty context
• Translate insights into actionable clear and robust processes, identifying problems through an analytical approach that increases sales performance
• Build processes from scratch, optimizing the use of tools and following success metrics
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership, with influence and active listening capacity, to incorporate learnings from areas and support strategic decisions
