Senior Analyst of Customer Success Performance responsible for monitoring performance, creating dashboards, and conducting training and process reinforcement for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields;
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets;
- Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools, as well as Looker, to transform information into relevant and accessible insights for teams.
- Analytical capacity to interpret data and transform insights into practical actions, ensuring the effectiveness of proposed solutions;
- Communication, engagement, and stakeholder management capacity, technical or non-technical;
- Planning and prioritization of deliveries;
- Good listening, empathy, and ability to work in collaborative and dynamic environments.
