Business Analyst – Performance de Crédito

As a Business Analyst – Credit Performance, you will be part of the Credit team, responsible for monitoring, analyzing and evolving decisions that impact the company's origination, growth and credit quality. You will identify, structure and prioritize real business problems related to credit, growth and risk, and translate complex analyses into actionable insights.

• Strong ability to structure and solve complex problems
• High analytical capacity, with comfort in working with data
• Good business knowledge and genuine interest in understanding the 'why' behind the numbers
• Ability to make decisions with calculated risks, even in imperfect contexts
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
