• Experience in educational institutions as a teacher and/or coordinator
• Availability to travel weekly
• Valid CNH B and availability to drive on the road
• Aptitude to use management technology tools
• Excellent communication, resilience, and adaptation to different school contexts
• Ability to argue and negotiate commercially
• Ability to organize and self-manage (route and routine management)
