Maintenance Mechanic

Arconic is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our BCS Team in Springdale, Arkansas. We offer opportunities for professional growth and a constantly changing environment.

Requirements

• General Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic Troubleshooting Skills
• Identify Problems and formulate solutions to fix the problems
• Fix most problems with minimal assistance from a higher skill level employee.
• Troubleshoot small electrical circuits and find problems
• Troubleshoot small pumping circuits and pump failures
• Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical drive systems such as belts, motors, and chains with minimal assistance
• Repair mechanical failures in a timely fashion
• General Idea of manufacturing operations, such as Extrusion Press Operation, Water Treatment Process Pumping and Systems, Anodizing and Paint Operations
• Perform PMs such as oil level checks and mechanical Inspections
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
