Continuous Improvement Engineer

Arcosa Wind Towers is looking for motivated, results-driven, and people-oriented Continuous Improvement Engineers to lead positive change through project management, continuous improvement, and Lean methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing
• 1+ years of experience with continuous improvement preferred
• Application knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and related CI tools preferred
• Experience and moderate proficiency in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Projects, and Vizio) required
• Experience in providing training/coaching across multiple levels within an organization preferred
• Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize projects and tasks
• Must be able to work independently and with a team
• Excellent communication skills across multiple mediums (verbal, written, electronic)
