HR Generalist

Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. is searching for an HR Generalist to join their Newton, IA plant. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing HR services and support, conducting training sessions, investigating complaints, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an HR environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI, and Outlook
• Familiarity with UltiPro, showcasing a strong understanding of HR management systems
