Job Description
Meyer Utility Structures is searching for Materials Handlers to join our team in Clinton, IL. We are looking for dependable and safety-focused employees to support daily manufacturing operations by moving raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.
Requirements
- Complete a pre-flight forklift inspection
- Read work order or follow oral instructions to ascertain material or container to be moved/delivered
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand and by forklift
- Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated area
- Operate industrial fork truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and product
- Move product going to the customer
- Empty chip bins and trash containers as needed
