Entry Level Labor Pool

The Entry Level Labor Pool monitors equipment, reports defects, and performs general housekeeping duties in a manufacturing environment. The role involves loading, un-jamming, and restarting equipment, inspecting products, and reporting production metrics. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, be physically able to perform the job requirements, and have experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to physically perform all related tasks associated with position
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours
• Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds
