Job Description
Ardagh Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure the operational effectiveness of its manufacturing facilities in Oss, NL. The role involves maintaining machines, installing improvements, analyzing performance, and contributing to continuous improvement through technical projects. The factory produces around 8 million blister packs daily, employing approximately 350 people in a five-shift scheme.
Requirements
- Formulate the year plan, including budget, investments, and capacity monitoring.
- Formulate the long-term planning and ensure sufficient resources.
- Determine standards and ensure adherence to safety.
- Formulate the maintenance program with the Maintenance Coordinator.
- Translate problem areas into improvement projects and assess them technically.
