Requirements

• Completed studies in a social science field or a commercial training with several years of professional experience or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in personnel work (particularly in recruiting) with all employee levels of a manufacturing company
• Experience in remuneration calculation desired
• High service orientation combined with a strong target-oriented communication and a sovereign demeanor
• Enjoyment of working in a decentralized, interdisciplinary HR team
• Agile working style, moderation skills, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for independent work and decision-making
• Good MS Office skills and joy in driving digital HR topics
