The Shift Electrician is responsible for installing, operating, and handling electrical systems to ensure a smooth production process. This includes repairing electrical systems and equipment, eliminating short-term plant disruptions, and supporting employees in all areas of the production process.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician or equivalent; at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of control technology, Siemens S5/S7, TIA-Portal.
- Knowledge of electrical drive technology/control technology.
- Knowledge and skills in complex systems and components.
- Knowledge of electrical installation technology (switchgear construction).
- High sense of responsibility, care, accuracy, reliability
- High quality awareness, performance readiness, organizational skills
- Good communication, cooperation with superiors and colleagues, team skills
- Independent thinking and working
- Ability to recognize problems, describe solution paths, and implement them
