Schichtelektriker (m/w/d)

The Shift Electrician is responsible for installing, operating, and handling electrical systems to ensure a smooth production process. This includes repairing electrical systems and equipment, eliminating short-term plant disruptions, and supporting employees in all areas of the production process.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician or equivalent; at least 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of control technology, Siemens S5/S7, TIA-Portal.
• Knowledge of electrical drive technology/control technology.
• Knowledge and skills in complex systems and components.
• Knowledge of electrical installation technology (switchgear construction).
• High sense of responsibility, care, accuracy, reliability
• High quality awareness, performance readiness, organizational skills
• Good communication, cooperation with superiors and colleagues, team skills
• Independent thinking and working
• Ability to recognize problems, describe solution paths, and implement them
• Willingness to work shifts
