Associate Director, Benefits

Ardelyx is a publicly traded commercial biopharmaceutical company seeking an Associate Director, Benefits to lead the governance and execution of employee benefit programs. The role will oversee vendor partnerships, benefits education and enrollment, and provide subject matter expertise on health and welfare, retirement and well-being benefits.

Requirements

• Administer employee benefits programs that align with Company objectives
• Oversee benefits education and enrollment for new hires
• Manage and lead the planning and execution of annual open enrollment
• Manage the Leave of Absence program and process
• Design, implement, and evaluate wellness and well-being initiatives
