Job Description
Ardelyx is seeking an experienced Director, Access Marketing to join their dynamic team. The individual will serve as a key business partner to support and drive corporate, brand, and market access initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, MBA preferred
- 9-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry or equivalent experience
- In-depth understanding of payer and reimbursement market dynamics
- Proven ability to develop and execute pull-through plans specific to payers
