Requirements
- Maintain a professional personal appearance and attitude
- Create/Manage/Maintain Phone, Email and In Person Leads
- Greet and Build Rapport with all Potential and Current Residents
- Effectively Communicate with Prospective Residents
- Follow Up on all Potential Residents via email, phone, texts, etc.
- Create/Update Online Ads to drive traffic to your community
- Work within AppFolio (Management Software) to manage leads, prepare lease paperwork, enter maintenance tickets, etc.
