Maintenance Technician (Delaware)

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the upkeep and functionality of a property in our growing portfolio. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in completing assigned work orders while fostering positive relationships with our valued residential tenants.

Requirements

• Handle a variety of daily maintenance tasks
• Utilize diagnostic skills to identify and resolve problems
• Efficiently manage, log, and track maintenance requests
• Cultivate positive rapport with vendors and tenants
• Address exterior and interior maintenance issues
• Conduct and document fire extinguisher and exit lighting inspections
• Clean the property grounds on a daily basis
• Check and balance pool chemicals
