Private Credit Intern

Role Overview

Assist in the identification, analysis, and execution of potential private credit investments in Ardian's Private Credit team.

What You Will Do

Conduct financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, and other tasks to support the team.

Ideal candidate has a strong analytical and intellectual capability, with knowledge of financial statement analysis and Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Requirements

• High analytical and intellectual capability
• Knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuation techniques and competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Business, Economics, Finance, Science, or Maths degree either completed or due to be completed from a leading business school / university
• Minimum 2:1
• Previous roles / internships in one of the following areas: Private Equity or Private Credit, M&A or structured/leveraged finance team of a leading European or American bank, Transaction Services team of a leading audit firm, Leading strategy consulting firm
• Knowledge of financial engineering and LBO structuring
• Italian language skills would be strongly preferred
