Infrastructure Intern

Role Overview

Assist in the identification, analysis, and execution of potential investment opportunities in the Ardian Infrastructure team. The internship will provide a global view on infrastructure private equity investment.

What You Will Do

Support investment teams with financial analysis and valuation, financial modelling, and preparation of internal deal material. Assist with asset management activities, including arranging debt refinancing and working with management teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial statement analysis and valuation techniques
• Knowledge of financial modelling and LBO structuring
• Competency in MS office product suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Outstanding academic qualifications from a leading business school or university
• A completed Bachelor's or advanced Master's degree
• Relevant prior internships in related fields (e.g. M&A, strategy consulting, leveraged finance, Private Equity, infrastructure, or transaction services at a leading auditing company)
• Good commercial understanding of Private Equity
