Job Description
The Team Coordinator will lead the team in completing assignments effectively, cultivate a positive team culture, and coach team members to improve their skills. They will also support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their dreams and goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent level of education
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience working with the IDD population
- Current DSP II credential or within one year of hire
- Completion of Team Coordinator development training
