Ardurra (WK Dickson) is looking to hire an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Wilmington, NC. Our innovative water and wastewater engineers collaborate closely with clients to plan, design, permit, and construct systems that address their needs comprehensively.

Requirements

• Observe that the work is completed in general accordance with the drawings and specifications
• Daily field reporting
• Tracking contractor's installed quantities
• Witnessing tests
• Documenting test results
• Serving as liaison between engineer and contractor
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer
• Monitor construction or related workers
• Develop operating strategies, plans, or procedures
• Prepare financial documents, reports, or budgets
