Manages the full life cycle of surveying projects, provides technical support to staff, and prepares survey cost estimates and proposals. Works with AutoCAD/Civil3D and other drafting systems. Conducts training and assists with research and client service.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Geomatics or Engineering preferred
- Currently licensed Professional Surveyor
- Meets all requirements for Surveyor II and minimum of 2 years of experience as Project Manager/Project Surveyor
- Proficient with AutoCAD/Civil3D
- Basic Math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Capable of solving problems using Trigonometric and Geometric functions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Bluebeam (or Adobe)
- Ability to work together with a team or individually. Must be team-oriented and self-motivated
