Job Description
Ardurra is seeking a Senior Treatment Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves planning, designing, and coordinating multidiscipline projects for clients, including water and wastewater treatment plant process design and capital improvement projects.
Requirements
- Design of water and wastewater treatment facilities
- Hydraulic modeling and process modeling
- Preparation of engineering calculations
- Developing P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment layouts
- Knowledge of water chemistry, biological treatment kinetics, and process optimization principles
- Experience with emerging treatment technologies
- Construction document preparation
- Design of water distribution and wastewater collection systems
- Familiarity with SCADA/I&C integration in treatment plant design
- Feasibility studies, alternatives analyses, cost estimating, and lifecycle analysis
