The Production Trainer will perform training-related tasks involved in the production process, training new employees in all aspects of their duties, and ensuring production is as safe as possible while meeting expected outputs.
Requirements
- Train new employees in all aspects of the production line and daily duties
- Train and support employees transitioning to new positions
- Maintain quality product by knowing and understanding current procedures and standard work practices
- Responsible for participating in developing, documenting, and reinforcing best practices
- Identify process or tooling gaps
- Validate work instructions/processes developing best practices
- Lead group training sessions
- Provide initial training support for other departments (Shipping, Receiving, Hardware, etc.)
- Support the Job Safety Analysis program
- Assist HR with onboarding and employee related needs
- Participate in new hire orientation
- Perform plant tours for individuals during the interview or new hire process
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of employees
