Production Trainer

The Production Trainer will perform training-related tasks involved in the production process, training new employees in all aspects of their duties, and ensuring production is as safe as possible while meeting expected outputs.

Requirements

• Train new employees in all aspects of the production line and daily duties
• Train and support employees transitioning to new positions
• Maintain quality product by knowing and understanding current procedures and standard work practices
• Responsible for participating in developing, documenting, and reinforcing best practices
• Identify process or tooling gaps
• Validate work instructions/processes developing best practices
• Lead group training sessions
• Provide initial training support for other departments (Shipping, Receiving, Hardware, etc.)
• Support the Job Safety Analysis program
• Assist HR with onboarding and employee related needs
• Participate in new hire orientation
• Perform plant tours for individuals during the interview or new hire process
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of employees
