We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to coordinate our Global Care program. Managing a significant portfolio of clients from our New York and Paris studios, you will bridge technical maintenance and client strategy.
Requirements
- Technical experience: minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field.
- Technical product management: proven experience as a TPM, ideally in a digital agency or consulting firm, with multiple client accounts and significant workflow management.
- Incident management expertise: proven experience in triaging technical problems, managing complex situations, with a focus on root cause analysis, stability, and performance.
- Global communication: excellent English proficiency (required) and ability to translate technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders (internally and externally) across different time zones. French proficiency is a plus.
- Tool mastery: advanced competence in Jira, Confluence, and modern monitoring tools (e.g., OhDear/Grafana, Sentry/Glitchtip, Google Analytics).
