Job Description
We welcome new talent, experienced and qualified employees or enthusiastic newcomers, to our dynamically growing company in the investment-oriented real estate market. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office organization, calendar management, and be the central interface to internal departments and external business partners.
Requirements
- Commercial training and relevant professional experience as an Office Manager or in a comparable position
- Good German and English skills, another foreign language is advantageous (Spanish/French)
- Comprehensive MS Office skills and quick graspability
- Structured work style with a high degree of self-initiative
- Credible, secure, and well-groomed appearance
