The SESSAD Boufféré branch is recruiting a Speech Therapist on a permanent contract at 40%. The successful candidate will work in a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to the accompaniment of children and adolescents and young adults with disabilities.
Requirements
- Evaluating skills and difficulties in the speech area and proposing rehabilitation using adapted supports and tools
- Mastering different speech techniques and tools
- Working in a multi-disciplinary team and with partners (families, schools, professionals in other fields of intervention...)
- Writing and communicating professional writing to families and partners
- Co-constructing intervention projects in all the child's usual living environments
- Excellent relational skills to work in conjunction with schools
- Participating in team dynamics and the service project
- Adhering to the Areams values
