Job Description
We are seeking a part-time ergotherapist to join our Maison d’Accueil Spécialisée (MAS) in Rives de l’Yon, FR. The position involves evaluating needs, capacities, and abilities of residents, and implementing rehabilitation and social accompaniment actions. The contract is part-time, including accompaniment in taking up the post and the possibility of benefiting from a stimulating institutional dynamic.
Requirements
- State diploma in Ergotherapy required
- Mastering evaluation and accompaniment techniques for adults with complex disabilities (polyhandicap, TSA, severe motor or cognitive disorders)
- Capacity for work in a multidisciplinary team and appetite for sharing and transmitting practical tools
- Relational skills: active listening, empathy, respect for the uniqueness of each accompanied person
- Analytical and reporting skills, adaptation, and organizational sense
- Driving license (B) necessary
- Adherence to the inclusion, care, and social innovation values defended by the association
