E-commerce Retail Executive

arena.online is a digital business that specializes in the delivery of flowers, plants, and gifts. We are looking for a dynamic and inquisitive Retail Executive to join our expanding team, working across our exciting brands as they scale over the coming years.

Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce essential, preferably in horticulture, floristry or homewares
• Accuracy and good attention to detail
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Interest in products, trends, and customer behaviour
• Strong communication skills across a multi-location team
• Strong ability to be flexible, multitask and to adapt to changing priorities
• A problem solving, structured and analytical mind
• Able to interpret data and turn it into insights
