Job Description
Ares is seeking a Compliance Technology Developer to join their Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) Technology engineering team in Mumbai. The role will design, build, and support technology solutions that enable key compliance workflows and controls across the firm.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and support Pega-based applications and workflows supporting Compliance and broader LRC capabilities
- Serve as a Pega technical expert—contributing to solution architecture, configuration standards, reusable components, and platform best practices
- Partner with business analysts, product partners, and engineering leads to translate requirements into technical designs, user stories, and deliverables with clear acceptance criteria
